Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
 

  • 📝 Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • 🚐 Delivery: 2–5 business days via standard courier.

  • 💲 Rates: £3.50 flat rate for orders under £20. FREE shipping on all orders £20 and over.

  • 📫 PO Boxes: Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses via our courier service.


RETURNS & REFUNDS:
 

We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
 

  • 🔄 How to Return: Email us at therockingbohemian@gmail.com to start the process.

  • 💷 Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • 💔 Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We will replace or refund damaged goods at no extra cost to you.
