How long will it take to get my order? We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 2–5 business days. During busy periods like Christmas, it might take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you posted!

How much does shipping cost?

• Orders £20 and over: FREE Shipping!

• Orders under £20: A flat rate of £3.50.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, our checkout is set up for UK delivery only. However, if you are outside the UK and have your heart set on something, please email us at therockingbohemian@gmail.com and we will see if we can get a custom shipping quote for you.

Can I track my order? Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

 

💷 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% happy. You can return any unused item in its original condition within 28 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

How do I return an item? Simply drop us an email at therockingbohemian@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the return instructions.
 

What if my item arrives damaged? Oh no! We take great care in packing, but accidents happen. Please email us a photo of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order? We move fast! If you need to change or cancel, please email us immediately. Once an order has been processed for shipping (usually within 24 hours), we can no longer make changes.
